등록 및 보증금
입찰 등록은 무료입니다. 입찰 보증금을 지불해야 할 수도 있으며, 이 금액은 환불이 가능합니다. 경매 사이트에서 입찰 등록 시 사진 부착된 신분증(ID 카드, 운전면허증, 여권)을 제시하셔야 합니다.
모든 경매에는 최저 입찰가가 없습니다.
최소 입찰이나 기본 입찰가격이 없이, 모든 품목이 경매 당일 가장 높은 가격의 입찰자에게 판매됩니다. 판매자는 자신이 판매하는 품목에 입찰 할 수 없습니다. 입찰은 취소할 수 있으며, 모든 판매는 모든 판매는 최종적으로 이루어집니다. 경매인이 아이템이 판매되었다고 발표할 때, 최고가 입찰자인 경우에 해당 항목의 새 소유자가 됩니다.
모든 물품을 "있는 그대로, 그 자리에서(as is, where is)" 근거하여 판매됩니다.
경매일에 입찰을 하기 전에 경매장을 찾아 구매를 원하시는 물품을 검사해 보시기를 권해 드립니다. 다른 사람을 대신 경매장에 보내 검사를 해 보실 수도 있습니다.

지불 및 철거
구매 금약은 경매 종료 후 7일 이내에 전액 납부되어야 합니다.구매자는 구매 가격 전액을 지불하기 전에는 경매장에서 구매 물품을 철거할 수 없습니다.구매자는 Ritchie Bros.에서 명확한 소유권 이전이 안 될 경우에는 구매 가격 전액을 환불 받으실 수 있습니다.

Customs Clearance
Please note that the Dubai auction site is in a Duty Free Zone. The point of sale is Ritchie Bros.' yard and Title in every instance will pass within the Free Zone. All items must be formally cleared. We recommend that you check at the auction site regarding procedures of clearing/moving your purchases. Buyers are responsible for clearing their purchases from the Jebel Ali Free Zone. Customs clearance must be received before any items may leave the yard. Freight forwarders are available on-site to assist in clearing items requiring customs clearance prior to removal.UAE Vehicle Export Certificates are charged per emirate. Duty is the buyer's responsibility. Ritchie Bros. does not provide nor prepare Safety Certificates, Certificates of Origin, etc.
Notice to Foreign Bidders
Some equipment may require modification to meet foreign import and safety regulations. To avoid potential problems, please contact your customs broker or authorities.
Note Regarding "GCC Duties Not Paid"
The auction is conducted in a Duty Free Zone. Certain items identified in the sale day catalogue, or otherwise announced at the auction, as "GCC DUTIES NOT PAID" have not been imported into the United Arab Emirates (UAE). It is purchaser's responsibility to satisfy requirements of any kind in respect of the importation of any items into the UAE or any other country. Such responsibility includes compliance with laws and regulations of the country including payment of taxes and duties, obtaining proper approvals and complying with any other requirements. Purchasers must engage their own customs broker. UAE duty will not apply to properly exported goods; however, non-UAE imported goods that are purchased for export will be subjected to a 15% deposit, which is refundable upon proof of export. Nominal documentation charges to the buyers are required for clearing equipment out of the Free Zone. Freight forwarders/customs brokers will be on site to provide this service.
Changes to Invoices
Names on invoices cannot be changed. Ritchie Bros. will issue all invoices and sales letters only in the name of the party registered.
Storage
Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers offer free storage for 30 days after the auction "Storage fees will be applicable after that".
Languages Spoken
The auction will be conducted in English only. Assistance may be provided in Arabic, English, Dutch, French, German, Spanish, Farsi, Urdu, Hindi, Turkish, Filipino and Polish.
VAT
