Seller Supplied Information:

Buyer must agree that submitted offer will have 90 day validity to allow seller review and necessary approvals.

Following receipt by IronPlanet of the purchase price and buyer fees, plus a 75.000 EUR security deposit, the Equipment will be delivered per FCA Incoterm Berat

The delivery date is to be coordinated between the parties depending on vessel booking by the buyer, latest within 45 days from creation of the Binding Obligation

Buyer is responsible for booking the vessel and vessel availability at the agreed delivery date and time

Buyer will be responsible and liable for any costs as a result of delays, demurrage or other costs incurred by the seller as a result of not being able to load the Equipment as a result of the vessel not being available or as a result of any other buyer default

Upon successful FCA delivery of the Equipment, the deposit (minus any of the above costs incurred) will be refunded to buyer.

Tank farm initially put into operation for 4 months end of 2021 and then for 2 months early 2024.

Flushing, cleaning, and purging were completed in Q2 2024.

Dismantling and load-out will be performed by the Seller. FCA Berat, Albania
